The optional Miele Professional Validation Package provides a procedure for machine qualification by the owner. The following sections are included in the package:
IQ, OQ, PQ Protocol Acceptance
Form for the owners / management to sign off on acceptance of the document and protocols set forth within the validation.
References
Form for recording documentation provided with, and related to the unit and validation process.
System Identification
Form for recording machine identification information (serial number, company asset number, location, etc.)
Installation Qualification
Forms providing for guidance and signoff on inspection of visual condition, water connection and purity information, electrical inspection, steam connections, compressed air connections, drain connections and other parameters related to site installation requirements.
Operational Qualification
Forms providing for guidance and signoff on program accuracy / completion and testing of all machine error messages.
Performance Qualification
Forms providing for guidance and signoff on cleaning efficiency of the machine by measurement of residues. Note: Performance criteria must be determined by the customer for their particular cleaning challenge.
Final Acceptance
Form providing for final acceptance / signoff on validation procedure.
