Detergent is dispensed as a % of water fill. Low water volume means less detergent is required. Detergent amount (%) depends on the detergent used. For this reason, Miele recommends highly concentrated neodisher brand detergents that are dosed in small quantities. This is not only cost effective and friendlier to the environment, but it is also convenient as more programs can be run between detergent bottle changes.
