Heated DI Rinse Cycles

Complete elimination of residue is best accomplished by one or more heated DI rinse cycles. Every Miele laboratory washer features a DI water connection, as well as the ability to heat the DI water upon 93°C (except model G 7704 which heats to 70°C). Deionized water becomes more aggressive when it is heated, providing better rinsing. Many glassware washer manufacturers provide DI rinsing capability, but very few provide the ability to heat the DI water to such temperatures.
